We would like to inform you that, in accordance with your consent, on May 29, 2020, we concluded a contract with the company "Arkas Clean" from Belgrade on cleaning and maintenance of the stairs and corridors of our building.
The contract stipulates that they will start cleaning on June 1, 2020. At the same time, the item Cleaning the building by JP Gradsko stambeno will be removed from your payment slip for the month of June.
On Monday, June 1, 2020, the company "Arkas Clean" will perform a thorough washing and cleaning of the complete staircase and hallway of our building.
The contract stipulates that the first month, ie the month of June, will not be charged.We hope that we will be satisfied and that they will do it correctly.
At the entrance, their list with the date of cleaning and what was done will be displayed, and in that way we will control the performed works.
There is no need for them to call you and ask for water because it is their obligation.

Dear neighbors,
We would like to inform you that we have given our consent to Telekom that it can place an optical cable in our building for later connection to the same. This creates another opportunity to connect to the Internet and TV via Telekom, much better and faster.
The cable installation work will be carried out by installing ducts on each floor and one distribution box through which any apartment that wants it can be connected.This business is funded by Telecom so we do not allocate any funds for it.
Work will begin on Wednesday 23/01/2020.
Contractors will repair any damage to the corridors.

Dear neighbors,
In October 2017, we installed an electronic keyless door opening system.We then gave all tenants two Taga-Pendants to enter the building to preserve the cylinder at the door, that is, to open the door with the Pendant.
We noticed that there were tenants still using the key to open the door. As the cylinder on the door starts to jam we will probably be in a situation to pull it out because new cylinders for this type of door are very expensive.
PLEASE, if you do not have or have lost the Tag Pendant, please inform Manager Đorđe Ilić so we can order more. Please note that tags are cheaper than making a spare key, and of course they are more convenient.
