The building on the corner of Maksima Gorkog and Mlade Bosne was built and occupied in 1960. The building was designed and built for the Institute for Design '' TRASA''.
It consists of 2 inputs and 25 Residential and one shop built at the Mlade Bosne 2 and 2a, the total area of 1327 m2 + 66m2 . The building was until 1999 administered one extension advice. In 1999, the input 2-a house formed a special council and today we have Two dogs Council, and two council tenants meetings, which in some cases is a certain problem around common work such as repair of the facade and roof. We are the first tenants assemblies inputs or Mlade Bosne 2 and some of the water as Mlade Bosne 2/1. We have already established the assembly of tenants that works the best it can under the circumstances. Meetings are held only when necessary. Of the money paid we provided against fire extinguishers, replaced all the light bulbs in the stairwell with energy-saving bulbs, implanted a camera on the front door, do paving the plateau and staircase at the entrance to the building, all painted in the stairwell doors and windows, fully painted staircase, replace a slot machine and electric lock on the front door.We replaced the old dilapidated cupboard for electricity meters with new metal to the highest standards of EDB.
With the help of the City Housing we replace the mailboxes to the new standardized letterboxes.We replaced the classical lighting in the building's entrance and stairwell complete new LED lighting that illuminates the sensor, and much more in cooperation and consultation with tenants as well as opinions gathered by the survey.
We also replaced the front door of the building with new aluminum door.
